Rock Of Ages

        I went to Springfield today and saw Rock of Ages, it was rather disappointing. It wasn't horrible, but it was dvd good, not theater good. It was like High School Musical meets Rock N' Roll, they should have hired rock singers. Tom Cruise, Alec Baldwin and Russell Brand were the best actors in it, which is painful for me to say because I'm not a big fan of Russell Brand. It diffenetly wasn't Tom Cruises best job acting. But the two big stars of the movie Diego Boneta and Julianne Hough I really wasn't impressed with! Not saying they are bad actors, they just need to be in a High School Musical movie, not a rock n' roll movie. Over all I would say they did "ok" with some of the songs, but there was a whole lot of butchering going on too. Once again they should have gotten Rock n' Roll singers to sing, I don't think they could have done any worse on the acting.
