Wake Me When September Ends
I really like Green Day, but not that song! But it was about the only decent title I could come up with tonight for my blog.
Today I went to Springfield and stopped at Academy, Buffalo Wild Wings, Wing Stop and Sam's Club.
I had lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings and they just weren't as good as they normally are. It took forever to get our food! It was good, but just not as good as it normally is, they must have been training a new cook or something. Then went to Wing Stop to get some of their rolls to take home, they are so good! Sam's Club, Academy and Pet Smart were pretty uneventful. The most exciting thing was at Academy they had a new shotgun in kind of a neon green with ghost zombies hidden in the paint job. I wanted, but new toys are not in the budget right now.
Other interesting things as of lately.....
The other night I got out of the shower and vigorously dried off with the towel. Afterwards I observed a large brown spider laying below me on the floor on it's back with it's little legs still twitching. I said it either saw me naked or it was in the towel and I squished him when I dried off. Thankfully it appears I did not get bitten and unfortunately I have not developed any Spidey powers.... yeah probably just saw me naked and that did him in.
On August 21st I set a new record for my Flickr account of 18,343 views in a single day. Yesterday I completely blew that record away with 25,843! Today on all time views I broke over 4,000,000!
I took a screen shot the other day and walked into the other room. Came back a while later and forgot I had left the screen shot open. I spent about five minutes trying to figure out why my computer was frozen and nothing would work when I clicked on it.
