Texas Roadhouse

           I tried another new restaurant this week, Texas Roadhouse in Springfield. I've heard really good things about it and it's been on my list for about a year now. We got there shortly after they opened and it was already really busy. Right when you walk in on the wall are autographed pictures of celebrities who have eaten there, names like Willy Nelson and Miranda Lambert just to name a couple. Inside they have a case where you can pick which steak you would like them to cook for you. On the walls are a couple beautiful murals and lots of decorations. On the tables are buckets of peanuts and they have free dinner rolls. The staff was very friendly and excellent service. The food was very good! They have a unique seasoning on their french fries a little salty, but good. The downside was the tables were clean, but the floor and restrooms weren't.
