My Birthday

I just turned 35 two days ago on September 2. For a second I thought I was turning 34, then it hit me nope 35... boy that was depressing. My birthday was fairly uneventful, just went to Chili's to eat dinner with my mom and step dad Chuck. After I got home I went grocery shopping.
This is the start of my first two weeks off. I've been laying kind of low so far, it's Labor Day weekend so most of the places I want to go would be crowded with people. So I've been holed up in my bedroom watching The Office on Netflix and playing Far Cry 4 on Xbox One.
So far the new job is ok, everything that could possibly go wrong has. I get to drive around and see the country and go to states I have never been to before, but there is no freedom in it. Still I make good money and I work two weeks and then get two weeks off so I'm going to hang in there.
I was wanting to get a new camera, but decided to wait for a while. It is already September and I read on the internet Nikon might be coming out with a D7300 later this year or early next year. I would think they would try to get it out before Christmas to take advantage of all the shopping and go right on into tax return season. I've had my eye on the D7200, but might as well keep making do with what I got since it is such a short time before the next model comes out.
Things are going to start off pretty slow. Don't get me wrong I plan on doing a lot! It's just going to be a lot of revisiting places and things I've already done before. But I will be hopefully be going on adventures all over the world once things get going and I get a little more money saved up.
