Veterans Day and the day after.
This morning I had to take my mom to her pharmacy and then we went on to Springfield. We ate at Ziggie's Cafe where I had shrimp and roasted potatoes. We also stopped at the new Sam's Club and the little Wal-mart beside it to get groceries, filled up the gas tank at Sam's and stopped by Pet Smart to get cat liter. After that we headed home.
Last night I saw there was a marathon of The Pacific on and so I recorded it on the DVR. When I got home from Springfield I watched the first two episodes for Veterans Day. It is a 10 part series so I'll finish it up over the next couple weeks.
We had another stray cat show up at our house. It looks full grown, but I only caught a glimpse of it as it was dark and took off running. It looks to be a solid gray with very light stripes towards the back end. Haven't seen it since so maybe it was just around as a one time thing.
Hello Kitty has a cat box we made her she sleeps in every night on the back porch. Yellow has one too, but he won't go in it. He disappears sometimes at night, I have no clue where he goes. He's a tom cat, probably where the ladies are.
Didn't get this blog finished last night so I'm going to wrap it up today. Today I did some work this morning and watched a few more episodes of The Pacific. Watched last nights episode of 2 Broke Girls on the DVR and some Big Bang Theory reruns and the new episode of Top Gear tonight.
I would really like to go deer hunting this year. But I don't have a place to hunt at or the weapon I would like to use. When it comes to hunting I'm good, probably one of the best. Last time I went deer hunting I said I would have a deer in less than an hour and I did. Which is why I said if I go deer hunting again I want to go traditional black powder with ball ammo.
