Recovering from a bad week
Today has been pretty good, feeling a lot better after what was a really trying week. I guess I just needed to take a step back and look at the bigger picture. Things may not be perfect or exactly where I want them, but I'm not doing so bad.
I am really tired! Last night I saw they had World Of Tanks now on the Xbox 360. It has been around for a while as a free online game for computers, but they just made it free for the Xbox 360 as well. So I downloaded it, which took at least 45 minutes! Then even though I was already really tired I stayed up a few more hours until early in the morning playing it. I was hoping to sleep in, but got woke up early and couldn't go back to bed. Managed to squeeze a nap in this evening, but it didn't help much.
Warm weather this week, but it is supposed to rain off and on. I don't mind the rain so much, kind of miss it in fact and we really need some! I am more than ready to get out of the house and get outdoors with my camera in hand.
This morning a long time friend and former art teacher tagged me in some photos of the sunrise at Bennett Spring State Park this morning as one of the people who inspire. That really meant a lot to me. A little while back another friend who does tourism and history for a different county tagged me in a post thanking me for all my photography and praising my work. That stuff really means a lot and it was a pick me up I really needed today.
Watched Black Sails last night and Walking Dead tonight. Guess that is about it.
